(Normal cookies must be ordered by 9 am for same day delivery and pickup.  Iced Sugar Cookie must be ordered 3 days in advance (ONE week during May & December) and Cookie Decorating Kits 1 day in advance.   Otherwise you're welcome to whatever is in the case!)

Cancelation Policy - If you need to cancel your order at any time, please let us know as soon as possible.  If we have not started the cookies yet, we will refund 95% of the cost of your order OR you're welcome 100% as store credit.

If we have started the cookies, we can stop the process and charge you for the amount of work completed (and you're welcome to the cookies at that point!).
